    Ken Wilkes President and Chief Executive Officer

    Ken Wilkes is the Chief Executive Officer of Corelle Brands and has more than 25 years of senior management experience in the global glass and housewares markets. He has served on Corelle Brands' Board of Directors since May 2017. Ken most recently served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer of Anchor Glass Container Corporation, a leading producer of premium glass packaging products for the food and beverage markets from 2010 to 2017. At Anchor Glass, Ken was a key architect of the company's transformation into a highly profitable, best-in-class glass manufacturer in the United States. Previously, he served as General Manager of International Operations and Chief Financial Officer of Libbey Inc., a global glassware and tableware manufacturer. Ken led Libbey's rapid and profitable expansion into international markets, including sales to more than 100 countries and manufacturing and distribution facilities in Mexico, Europe and China. He received an MBA cum laude from DePaul University and a BS in finance from Cleveland State University.

    MaryKay Kopf Chief Marketing Officer

    MaryKay Kopf joined Corelle Brands as the Chief Marketing Officer, in January 2018. She has served on Corelle Brands' Board of Directors since 2014. MaryKay has three decades of marketing experience in executive roles, most recently serving as global CMO and Senior Vice President and Vice President Marketing North America for AB Electrolux, a leading home and professional appliance maker. There she led the transformation of Electrolux to a global consumer marketing and innovation company focused on growth. She has a proven track record of driving profitable growth in global consumer products categories and has extensive consumer marketing, innovation and digital experience. Prior to joining Electrolux in 2003, MaryKay held multiple positions at DuPont, a science-based products and services company, including Global Brand and Business Strategy Manager and European Business Manager. She received an MBA from Loyola College in Maryland and a BS in finance from Virginia Tech Pamplin College of Business.

    Jim Van Overmeiren Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer

    Jim Van Overmeiren has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Corelle Brands since December 2016. He leads all of corporate finance, including the Controller, Accounting, Tax, Payroll, Treasury, AP, Credit, and FP&A functions. Additionally, the commercial finance team leads in North America, Asia-Pacific, EMEA, and Latin America report to Jim. Jim joined Corelle Brands in June 2007 leading the Corporate FP&A group. In January of 2011, he rose to the lead finance role for the North America Household unit. In February 2013, he assumed additional responsibility, taking on financial leadership of the North America Retail Stores, E-commerce, and Specialty finance teams. In August 2014, Jim was promoted to VP of Global Treasury, which included Treasury operations and AP. During this time, he continued his leadership of the commercial finance teams for the North America units. Jim holds a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago, Graduate School of Business.

    Jon Freeman Senior Vice President, Chief Product Supply Officer

    Jon Freeman was named Senior Vice President, Chief Product Supply Officer for Corelle Brands in January 2015. In this role he oversees global manufacturing, distribution & logistics, inventory planning & management, sourcing, quality and continuous improvement. Jon has 30 years of experience as a manufacturing and supply chain executive, with deep end-to-end expertise gained in the automotive, glass and composite/fiberglass industries. He was most recently with Owens Corning in Ohio as Vice President, Supply Chain and Industrial Strategy for the Building and Materials Group. Previous to Owens Corning, he was Vice President, Global Supply Chain at Libbey Glass Inc. for five years. Prior to Libbey, Jon enjoyed a 22-year progression through manufacturing and supply chain positions at Packard Electric / Delphi Automotive Corporation. He has had assignments in Mexico and Europe, and global responsibilities in 37 countries. Jon holds a MS degree in Manufacturing Management from Kettering University (GMI) and a BS degree in Industrial Education and Technology from Iowa State University.

    Patrice Varni Chief Customer Officer

    Patrice Varni joined Corelle Brands in June of 2017 to lead the company's digital transformation and its focus on delivering delightful customer experiences. An early digital and CX evangelist, Patrice brings to Corelle Brands over 25 years of digital and brand-transformation success for some of the world's most beloved consumer brands. She's passionate about building and amplifying brand connections and has done so most recently as Chief Customer Officer for Arhaus furniture, where she led the regional furniture store's transition to a national premium home brand. Prior to that Patrice served as SVP Marketing and Ecommerce for Tempur Sealy, leading the team that turned around the company's direct business via rapid eCommerce growth, launching its highly successful flagship Tempur-Pedic stores, and delivering brand marketing and product design vision that drove historically high sales and market share. Patrice also spent 7 years at Levi Strauss & Co, relaunching the Levi's brand's eCommerce business and leading its shift to digital marketing. Patrice began her career with management positions at Kenwood Audio, and Disney Interactive. She holds a BA in European Studies, and an MA in English from Loyola Marymount University.

    Andrew Warburton Chief Information Officer

    Andrew Warburton has served as Chief Information Officer of Corelle Brands since 2012. In this role, he leads IT strategy and delivery including global ERP and digital/ecommerce platform transformation, and information security. Andrew joined Corelle Brands in 2002 in the role of Sr. Application Analyst and quickly stepped up to become IT Applications Team Lead. In this role, he delivered solutions that helped the company successfully navigate financial reorganization and a brand divestiture. Appointed Director of Application Services in 2006, Mr. Warburton led the company's successful global ERP consolidation initiative from 2006 through 2011. During 2011, Andrew led the IT Infrastructure and Operations team as Director of Technology Services where he guided the team through several technology platform upgrades and consolidations. Andrew's prior experience includes six years of finance and IT assignments at Siemens Telecom Networks, a manufacturer of telecom infrastructure for major telco providers. He holds a BS in Accounting and an MBA, both from the University of Central Florida.

    Deborah Paskin Chief Legal Officer

    Deborah Paskin is a Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer for Corelle Brands. She has served in these roles, successfully guiding the company through a number of growth milestones, since January 2007. Prior to her role at Corelle Brands, Deborah was Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Brookdale Senior Living. While at Clark Retail Enterprises, she served as Executive Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer and General Counsel. Additionally, she was Group Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Dominick's Finer Foods and prior to that, Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Helen Curtis. As a member of the National Association of Professional Women, Deborah is an active supporter of the professional women's network and its mission to facilitate interaction, idea exchange, education, and empowerment of professional women. Deborah holds a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law, a master's degree from Dominican University and bachelor's degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana.

    Patrick Inuk Kim President, East Asia & South Pacific

    Patrick Kim is the President, East Asia & South Pacific, a role he has held since 2014, and in which he has delivered sales and market share growth and maintained Korea as one of Corelle Brands' largest and the most profitable markets. Patrick also reinvigorated the Japan market business, driving three years of consecutive sales and profit growth. During his first 10-year tenure as the General Manager of Korea, Mr. Kim successfully led the effort to grow and sustain Corelle as the number one kitchenware brand in Korea, with leading market share and brand equity measures; a leadership position the brand still holds today. During his 20 year-career with Corelle Brands, Patrick has consistently identified and captured business growth through creative plans, disciplined execution, capable team building and leadership, in Asia and North America. Patrick holds a BA in Psychology from the University of California, Berkeley, and an MBA from Cornell University.

    Peter Chan President, Greater China & West Asia

    Peter Chan is the President of the Greater China and West Asia regions for Corelle Brands and has been with the company for eleven years. Peter built the Corelle Brands China operation from the ground up, paving the way for the company to become one of the leading imported household brands in Greater China. Under his leadership, Corelle Brands has grown to achieve leading brand awareness and market share across retail, TV home shopping and E-commerce channels. Peter was born and raised in Hong Kong and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with honors from the University of Saskatchewan, Canada. He has 30 years of international sales, merchandising, retail and brand licensing experience in consumer goods. Prior to joining Corelle Brands, Peter was a key executive at China Resources Enterprise Retail Division, where he ran the China retail operation and led mergers and acquisitions in fashion brands.

    Tony Carfagno Executive Vice President Sales

    Tony Carfagno is the Executive Vice President of Sales, joining Corelle Brands in January of 2018. He has nearly 30 years of experience selling top consumer brands in the U.S. as well as international markets. He most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Global Sales for Igloo Products Corp where he drove top and bottom line growth by expanding distribution and improving product mix domestically as well as globally. He has sold across a multitude of retail channels including mass, club, drug, grocery, hardware, department store/specialty, and commercial. Prior to joining Igloo in 2003, Tony held a variety of Senior Sales roles at Black and Decker in the former household appliance group which he joined in 1989. He received his MBA from Wilmington University and his BS degree in Operations from the University of Delaware.
